Four programmes
Training
Four things, honestly differentiated — including the one that is not a class at all. Each page says who it is for and, more usefully, who it is not.
01
Barbell Strength
Squat, press, hinge. A twelve-week wave, coached from the front, on your own rack at your own numbers.
- On the timetable
- 18 a week
- Length
- 60 min
- Capacity
- 12
Not for: People who want to train alone with headphones in. That is what open gym is for, and it is on the same membership.
Barbell Strength in full02
Conditioning
Bikes, rowers, sleds and carries. Hard for a known number of minutes, then it stops.
- On the timetable
- 11 a week
- Length
- 45 min
- Capacity
- 16
Not for: People looking for a class where the point is exhaustion. The target is written on the board before you start and the coach will hold you back from it if you go out too fast.
Conditioning in full03
Hybrid
One main lift, then a conditioning piece. For weeks where you can only get in twice.
- On the timetable
- 5 a week
- Length
- 60 min
- Capacity
- 12
Not for: People deep in a strength block chasing a number. The conditioning half will cost you a little on the bar, and that trade is the whole point of the class.
Hybrid in full04
Open Gym
The room, the kit, your own programme. A coach is on the floor the whole time and will leave you alone unless you ask.
- On the timetable
- 7 a week
- Length
- 90 or 120 min
- Capacity
- 25
Not for: Complete beginners in their first month. Not a rule, just the honest advice — you will get further faster in a coached class first.
